Do JP VAs not worry about ai replacing them?

Been picking at the subject of the voice actor strike we had over here awhile back to give VAs ai protection and it got me thinking…why is there no such drama with nibs?

Industry protected. There's no Japanese investment money in AI like mutts, they can just use AI where it saves them costs and not worry about their investment going bust while pleasing the public that loathes AI stemming from a strong creator-audience relationship.

They are more like pop stars then your average underpaid failed actors/amateurs, so it simply doesn't make sense to cut costs here
