The real issue with Rosen Garten is that it relies a lot on impact and the jokes have become stale. It really tries to constantly surpass the previous chapter and surprise the reader. But, no matter how good you are at writing, such thing will end up boring everyone in the long run. It's the kind of series that should last 50 chapters max.

There's plently of mangas that suffer from this, Gran Blue for example and its alcohol humor was very funny at first, but now is doesn't make smile anyone. Or Kengan, in the original we were all hyped as fuck when we saw a HOWEVER or some secret new move. But now we have an infinite powercreep where guys with super human syndrome, 100% removal and hyper advanced techniques that invalidates everything that was previously considered strong jobbing left and right, killing all hype.

There should at least be nameless pregnant slaves in the background of whatever, but so far not a single one in the entire manga. The manga would be vastly better if it committed to its own bit, but for some reason its just not interested in doing so.

It's also explained that these "undefeated fighters" are usually made to fight no-hope slaves/isekai'd dudes with no skills, to make them look stronger than they are. Alice for example had never been in a real fight, and Mary only fought isekai "spawns" with garbage skills.
It's a corrupt colosseum where the top fighters are built up in the same way as in boxing, by making them fight bums, and occasionally fixing the fights and tipping off the nobles about it.
