I honestly don't see how this is supposed to be bad. Anime seems to be doing well.
Could someone explain to me how it's bad? I have a vague idea in my mind that this could lead to deterioration in the quality of the community or something, maybe producers might cater to people with tastes that differ from mine, but I don't have a concrete grasp at a criticism.

I saw the film. My mind about Demon Slayer still hasn't changed. It's still too generic for me to care. The film had 3 fights. All 3 followed the same formula. They all had a shiny fight sequence, a flashback, and two of them ended in a deus ex machina (one of the fights is a cliff hanger). The guy who wrote the manga is a complete hack. This shit is entirely carried by the shiny battle scenes.
