I was never against That Man being an actual character. Murata just shouldn't have invented an entire character plot and arc for him. I always thought the Wille E. Coyote gag punchline would have worked great if you gave a few pages for actual hype / build-up followed by a Naruto-style clash with That Man going bullet-time going seals and stacking jitsus attacking every vital organ simultaneously etc, just to get cartooned into the ground. There's no reason why the manga couldn't give us something like that and it wouldn't take away from ONE's vision at all and inf act I bet ONE would like it.

Have you thought about how ONE would edit the webcomic if he wanted to make changes to the story? Obviously he would make them in the version that is several years behind in the story (the manga). Idiot.

Yes, because he is currently writing a future version of the story changes his mind on things while writing, and since the redraws are not part of any volume release yet he can change it as he pleases.
