It's not sexist to point out that female characters in anime/manga have way less variety than male ones. Male characters can be anything (cool, cute, smart, dumb, confident, insecure, strong, weak, attractive, fit, ugly, fat, you name it), but females are always limited to the same handful of tropes and archetypes. You rarely see a female that's anything other than cute or cool.
