Win11 requires TPM 2.0 compatible motherboard which is a relatively new thing. You can install it on an older PC but you have to do some registry editing I think.

XP-tan is a fun case.
The initial design idea is that she is only good for eyecandy, not as clumsy as Me-tan, but her main character traits were very much just having comically oversized boobs and being gluttonous to represent the higher system requirements compared to 9x and 2000.
But because XP ended up being considered one of the highlights in Microsoft's history, especially if you were sticking with it when Vista and 7 came out, then you can notice at a certain point her portrayal becomes much more benign and modest, and she got several of those pictures/comics where she's sad to go or even about to die.

tfw no OS-tan anime where the first season is 9x to XP era and mostly centered on Me-tan trying to become less clumsy and more useful, aided by her younger sisters 2000-tan and XP-tan who somehow look older than her and are much more competent.
Then the second season is Vista to 11 era focused on Nanami and the 8 twins, but also features XP-tan as this very cool onee-chan who is both fun and extremely competent, and also still looks hot. This season does have a downer ending where this >>281557655 bitch eventually takes over.
