One thing I kinda wish existed would be an isekai where the nip protagonist ends in the not!-Japan of the other world (like, there being kemonomimis and oni guys and tengu and stuff), which nonetheless uses the generic adventurer's guild system.
So instead of a party of a warrior, thief, mage and priestess, you would have a party consisting of a samurai, ninja, shugendo-user and a miko going around clearing dungeons and hunting eastern sea dragons and stuff.
