I think Mashima has been quite consistent with his powerscaling centered around Acnologia. Igneel, one of the strongest is about 1/5 give or take and could only take out one arm with an all-out attack. Arm is 1/5 Acno's total power. Ignia is less than a fifth and quite weaker and his dad, he's very scared of the one arm he saw. These 5 are probably somewhere around the Ignia to Igneel range. Maybe 60 to 80% of Acnologia combined is a generous estimate.

Drakken sure was something else.
