JoJolion had signs of ending up being a clusterfuck since the beginning, but people downplayed them because Araki was riding on good will after SBR, so they believed all of it was somehow going to stick the landing in the end. At least this time, the story is generous and straightforward, and we should rather enjoy it than be doomposting because of JJL.

Yes, for years I called them retarded and said they were falling for JJ Abrams' style mystery boxes, and JoJolion was mediocre. I turned out to be wrong, it was much worse.

JoJo has always been about fate first and foremost, you even had Boingo in SDC. The only difference here is that Araki has neglected to give the main villain Stands other abilities that are supplemented by the fate control, the only one like that in the original continuity is King Crimson.
