Thought Louise was one of the most adorable things in the world for a while now, decided to give the show a go finally and I did enjoy the first two episodes thus far.
Did know going in (and part of the reason I put off watching it for so long) that Saito'll probably really get on my serves after a while, but he isn't that bad in the first couple of episodes (though I do wish he was less of a genric self-insert. Not far enough in to say he doesn't have a real character, though). Is it just purityfags blowing it out of proportion or is he made worse as time goes on? I'd imagine he has some appeal, Haruhi and Kyon never did a radio show. Either way, will likely just pretend that he's not the deuteragonist and is instead a side character that gets a lot of screentime and sleeps with the main girl I'm here for.
Also really liked I Say Yes for a while now, but the first opening is nice too and I didn't expect to like this insert song as much as I did:

Looking forward to getting to hear more like it, VOCALOID-esque midis (not a music guy so I don't know what else to call the kind of snythesiser) and bard instruments are a very cute combination I wouldn't have otherwise thought of. If I was a music guy, I'd be making a siivagunner-style edit of that song with Uptown Girl.
