i think guitane arcs was pretty solid, not much of a setup and nonstop action with a lot of good fights. as much as i love id/ido/ydd, his arc had too much setup but it got extremely good in those later half chapters on that arc. ido and tartarus were such interesting characters.

for a light novel, this is as perfect an adaptation as you could get. there's always something happening in the background, sound design is fantastic, and the animation is just peak form. and the directing is sublime. I hope the studio keeps making more seasons.
