Vegeta constantly preaches about his pride as a Saiyan and about being their prince, but he has never made even the slightest attempt to bring back his planet or his race.

Let's not talk about Goku, who never had any pride or connection to his race. But Vegeta is a hypocritical, pathetic cuck. He would rather bring a mixed-race offspring into the world than honor his heritage in any way.

Blame Super's shitty writing for making it look dumb. First Super established that there was no time limit on bringing people back by bringing back Frieza and then the new canon established that the saiyans were actually good people just being forced to do bad things by Frieza.

Vegeta is easily one of the most realistic depictions of an actual racial supremist type of person - he loves the glory and acclaim of being part of the ultimate race (of fighters), but when it comes down to it, it's purely just a means to puff himself up as being hot shit while he couldn't give a damn about any of the individuals within said race, it's all bragging and self-absorption.
Of course, once he improves as a person, he would be fully aware that they're an entire species of planet-destroying retards, there's just no reason to ever bring them back.

First, Saiyans were weak as shit, compared with other space people.
Second, Saiyans did bad things, that means they all through the soul cleansing process and reincarnated.
Thirdly, Bejita must be really ashamed of himself, for many reasons but also because of someone like Goku who was born with very low PL, is much better than he ever will.
