After all Kumo is a different take on the isekai genre and actually fun and interesting and 86 is freaking blatant Code Geass combined with Valkyria Chronicles ripoff.

Honestly we don't need anything invented in the last 250 years, at least, and would almost certainly be better off without it.

The one exception would be medicine and medical tech but you'd be trading worse bad times for a better world overall if the industrial revolutions never happened.
