LMAO I've worked with these slop companies before and I'm willing to bet the only thing "hand drawn" they did is the clanup part, done by an intern that doesn't actually know how to ink/color. That's why it looks so rough/amateurish and turned people off
If you're actually not a tourist and has been an anime fan for a while you'll know that there's a visible difference between an artstyle that looks "rough to save time" and "rough because they don't know what the fuck theyre doing"
