Not really. Pretty much all the important fights throughout the series are often brought up as some of the best animated fights in anime.
Gaara vs Lee, Sasuke vs Orochimaru, Naruto vs Sasuke even a bunch of random short fight and a bunch of fights from Shippuden are still mentioned yers or decades later.

It's so jarring and abrupt it ruins immersion, therefore bad.
Pingpong looked like it but it committed to the style from the beginning so you had time to adjust, this just looks hilariously cartoonish and out of left-field

There's also an AMV of Sasuke vs. Itachi with Linkin Park or Imagine Dragons that I lost a long time ago.

Yes, an an entire 80 episodes that you can skip. Pierrot filler is mostly contained to dedicate arcs that you can look up and skip, while the regularl episodes have fairly good pacing. Toei has very few filler arcs, and the vast majority of filler is painfully spread out over every episode. That's why One Pace is even a thing, because people felt the need to make it. That's why Toei has an excuse to go back and re-release old arcs. And Pierrot's filler arcs are overall much better than Toei's, only the G-8 marines was any good out of their modern shows. Pierrot is just better.
