well Horimiya anime and Horimiya Piece anime are both from this decade as well, and that's another good pure romance that doesn't just end with a confession. I wouldn't watch them in broadcast order though, search Horimiya SuperCut and watch that instead, since Piece was just the parts they skipped in the original airing.
If you want waifu wish fulfillment school romance like this OP, then I suppose things like Nagatoro, Bisque Doll, Uzaki-chan, etc. fit the bill too.
There's also Alya/Roshidere, and Tomo-chan that are good from this decade as far as pure school romance goes.
There was another one with innocent romance called 'My Clueless First Friend'. Also recommended.
On a whole other category, I also recommend watching the very short 'The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies' anime by Bones.
On the other end of the romance spectrum, there's 'Scum's Wish' if you want something completely different.
And then there's Tonikaku Kawaii/Tonikawa, which is a different kind of romance I recommend watching for some fun soul healing.
'Call of the Night' is also good romance but in a different genre/category.
Again all of that are just stuff that aired in the 2020's that I would consider decent romance anime that aren't harems, too much ecchi, or too degenerate.
And of course the crowning achievement of romance in the 2020's is Kaguya, so if you haven't watched that, do it.
