That's Saori Kido from Saint Seiya, Knights of the Zodiac in English and other Western languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese).
She's the reincarnation of Athena, the greek goddess. She has a group of guys called "saints" that fight for her sake divided in three hierarchies: gold saints, silver saints and bronze saints, the latest ones being the weakest; but they end up being the ones who actually protect her, and through the series they power up enough to rival gold saints and even gods.
The saints wear some kind of armory called "clothes"; both the saints and the clothes get their power from their guardian constellation, the clothes are shaped to resemble them. The 12 gold saints' clothes correspond to the 12 zodiac signs (hence the name for the series in the West).
Most of the pics where she's unconscious that I posted are filler, though. Specially because the Anon asked for hair upside down.

Anime filler. In the manga she goes of her own will to meet Poseidon because the bronze saints were in the hospital and Aldebaran almost got himself killed. Also because she wanted to stop the whole world from being flooded by Poseidon.
In the anime instead she's abducted at the end of a filler arc by Poseidon, basically he throws the tide over her and drowns her in order to capture her.
Not that I mind, in any case, I have a DID fetish and a hair fetish, so she satisfies both. In fact she might have a lot to do with my DID fetish, although she wasn't the first time I felt it.
