It's a slippery slope, the second you start allowing it for very slight stuff, before you know it you'll have the anime to be mostly AI. I remember when CG usage first started and people would treat you like a doomer for being against it since it was only being used for background characters or cars and now we have to deal with full CG anime and mecha has pretty much completely phased out hand drawn mechs besides Sunrise with Gundam and even they're starting to use it more and more. I've already seen this shit happen in real time once and I 100% believe it'll happen again. Hope you come back to this thread in 5-10 years when we have to deal with the laziest AI slop anime imaginable and then kill yourself for arguing for its usage

There was literally an anime made last year that had AI drawn character designs and AI music and nobody gave a shit or said anything.

the point is that ITS THE OTHEY WAY AROUND: studios do projects with AI because they know you cant really go half in with AI. there is not point to half ass an AI project because one you put SOME AI, it's conceived as fully AI. filling in in-between frames with AI would be a scandal. no studio would dilute their work like that because it's not worth it. Sekiro anime unironically exposed how so many here are clueless retards that have zero clue about the industry and shitpost out of their ass. they believe they are uncovering some great scheme but in reality they are normie pests engage baiting.
