I hate these super cluttered arts, as if I'm supposed to be amazed or something. Something simple that can be understood is much better than some complex vomit pattern on a page. Even something like Berserk goes overboard with this

yeah, I thought he just took the original manga panel at first. There were other artists who were saying they were trying to stay close to parasyte's artstyle, but he's the one who can emulate it the best.
