Your stomach can increase in size and strength, it's a muscle and if you train it over time. But the 13yr old kid wasn't stuffing his face enough over the years for this to happen. Many people die each year from over eating, it's a common enough thing.

yeah. instant noodles is just dried wheat flour and the salt packets are just MSG. i know that if kids eat it straight, they'll just pour the packets in, shake it then eat it like a snack. very low chance of something poisonous getting into the food considering how simple it is.
