I don't know where that came from. FSN Deen is decente enough that Fate route doesn't need another adaptation

Things it did better than ufotable adaptations was the music and the character designs looking closer to the VN. It was good but not a perfect adaptation of Fate route.

People never claimed that it was a bad anime per se, only that it wasn't a good first entry if you don't know anything about Fate or the Nasuverse because in classic VN adaptation fashion, it has to condense every single theme, character arc and plot point to like 10 percent of the original screentime.

Not exact, but probably as close as you could get. It's definitely not possible with shoulder length hair, and it really looks like a huge pain for someone like saber to do every day. She even puts a bow in it.
