I haven't read the manga, but from the show it seems like it's an extremely successful family business that's a highly respect traditional Japanese art.
Where it's famous enough that schools go on field trips to visit and learn.
And they apparently have hundreds of orders a day of what is presumably something fairly expensive. Meaning it's likely that the family may actually be quite wealthy. Especially with the way Japanese people tend to save money.
Also be over 6 feet tall with a masculine frame. And nothing to indicate that he's unattractive in general.
So yeah. Be rich, be from a semi-famous/or at the minimum respected on a cultural level family, and be tall and not ugly at the very least and you probably do have a good chance to get married and make babies by having faith and being yourself.
Even if Marin didn't exist. I would put the chances of Gojo staying single very low. It might take a while because he's shy and focused on work, and end up being through social or family introductions. But he's kind of a catch.
