Are Derederes good for you?

They are boring unless there is some quirk to them, like her affection being inadvertently dangerous

Boring?
Nah.
Do you live in the Anglosphere? Because
>scarcity = value
Is a natural law, and here in the Anglosphere a woman being in any way feminine is rare af.
So its unbelievably heartwarming to see derederes. You know, women behaving like.......women?
Shits bad here fren.

Not really, they're essentially the "nice guy" for girls, there's nothing to their character so all you can say of them is how they are nice

You're basically saying a character can't have any background, values, interests, or mannerisms beyond their tropey label.

Shouldn't women be nice?
Deluded Westerner.

Not him, but genkidere would be a genki girl with a dere side when it comes to romance. Minori and Yotsuba, for example.

The opposite, if they have any of those then they're not only nice, therefore there'd be something else to call them other than just dere

I regret to inform you that feminine women may still not be into you.

What this anon said >>281775779
But thinking about it, the term "genkidere" is too obscure and I probably shouldn't use it.

If it describes an observable archetype concisely, that's all the more reason to popularize it by using it.

This, only retarded westoids feel the need to add dere to the end of every archetype to make ot sound like an alternative ti tsundere

>The radical idea that a woman should be feminine

What?
How the fuck anyone gets that from a gentle girl?

Its an anglo thing. Our language (English, the best one)
Is built on idea compoundd.

"Wergild" = wer (man) + gild (gold)
Fireplace = fire + place
Airport = air + port

These archetypes aren't to the exclusion of every other trait. Tsundere doesn't mean only tsun and only dere, it only means has the temperament of tsun and dere. No character fitting the archetype would be distinguishable from another if it were that invasive. Neither does deredere only mean dere even if to the specific exclusion of tsun. That's how these words are formed. It's literally a label just for temperaments, you retard.
Anonymous No.281777209 >>281777645
>>281776940
Tsundere describes the archetype of the character switching from tsun to dere, it needs to be specific on the dere part since that one's not apparent at first, pretty much every other type of character start by showing their dere side, so it's just redundant to mention it unless the character is completely empty of anything else, it's exactly the same with nice guys, they have nothing going for them other than the default nice behavior everyone else also have

Except people have made up loads of other terms like yandere, kuudere, dandere, and genkidere in this very thread. It's obviously meant to suggest stability in contrast to these (probably bipolar) shifts. That's the scheme the term emerged from, it wasn't born in an illiterate vacuum.
>>>>>pretty much ever other type of character start by showing their dere side
