I was paying attention and think the error of the “Adventure Guild” is more on how diversified it is in isekai.
Playing older MMO games you get Classes/Jobs actually in different places and they are the ones that train your character up. You are basically from their organizations adventuring around, or depending on the point of view a graduated student from there seeking a better pay. Even the place you get each job vary like how Swordsmen are trained at the city by knights and guards, priests and acolytes are taught at a church or temple and mages at The Academy.
There is some sort of unified organization but it basically only issues quests during Events so it’s painted more as a government agency hiring adventurers as mercenaries.

I can forgive a plot along the lines of saving a girl from a loveless arranged marriage before consummation, but that's not what people normally think about when they hear NTR, and it's arguably still a weak point in the narrative because by necessity of conserving detail you have to sacrifice other potential complications in the relationship because you're spending all that potential screentime on a baddie instead which, depending on your aim, can be a huge detriment.
A chink novel that comes to mind for this was Unlimited Bloodcore, the entire last quarter of the first part is GZR flailing around with an arranged marriage subplot between the main heroine and some rando coupled with a Rashomon plot that drags on way too long for its own good when the simple twist thatthe MC is a dude who got his memories fucked with on order of the main heroine who initially saw him as nothing but a product but grew to love himworks and could've been made even stronger if it was given the attention it deserved. The fiance was a shortcut that, ironically, turned into a detour that helped drag opinion of the story down when GZR realized he wasn't giving the second book the attention it deserved, leading to a rewrite hell that ultimately resulted in the overall story getting a rushed conclusion. That was the canary in the coalmine.
