I don't think I like Q'tenlo arc shieldbros...
The country conveniently has some weird aura that cucks hero powers which can't be found anywhere else, but oh well at least this presents another challenge to the party and you can't brute force it so we will have to rely on our allies and cunning right? wrong, because a chapter later we conveniently get a powerup that lets us ignore the hero nullifying aura. It all seems so fucking pointless. Sadeena's power-up is believable at least considering the influence of the Water Dragon.

Q'tenlo is a country specialized in pacifying rogue heroes hence their antihero power. The heroes wouldn't stand a chance attacking it without the help of insiders (water dragon, motoyasu 2, etc.) as happened in the show. The shield around the country also help blocking heroes trying to reach it which again Naofumi couldn't do it without water dragon's help.
Sadeena's power is from the beast transformation shield he obtained in siltvelt.

Yes. No one can read Japanese in this world. The legendary weapons have auto translate function so heroes and people in isekai can understand each other. Though they have no auto translation for written words. Naofumi had to teach himself the language of this world in s1.
Also this is not the first time he sees Japanese writen in this world, the first time is in Calmera islands in s1
