my take is that delkira saw his eternal presence as a source of stagnation for the demon realm so he split himself and his power into seven things, the ring of gluttony and Ali being one of them. Furthermore, while Iruma is of...mostly human lineage, his ancestors were demon dealing sorcerors and that's how his parents had the means to sell him to a demon in the first place

Calling it now, Delkira went to the human world to look for what the human world has that the demon world doesn't, possibly because of Sullivan's curse. He starts a family there and ends up being Iruma's grandfather, which is why Iruma's parents had the knowledge to summon a demon. This all leads to Sullivan being Iruma's "Blood-Grandpa" from Delkira sharing his blood with Sullivan.
