Year ago when Saito came he immediately put KGB higher at ToCs and gave it many color pages and couple of WSJ covers.
He certainly did not have a bias back then.
What happened?
Did he fall out of love with it? Is it because of the decline in sales? Is it because CyGames have some inner issues with adaptation we aren't aware of but made him put it lower in the priority list?
Because WSJ doesn't have much hits now. It's not hard to give priority to relatively successful newbie. Yet it's quite obvious that Kagurabachi is getting less classic love, just like it was during Nakano's Era. Some oversee convention, another newspaper article.
Yet barely any promotion by classic means (color pages, covers, Japanese conventions). No Jump Festa Panel you just can't defend. It gives an abandoned ship feel 100%.
