This would maybe kill Todd if you got the drop on him (it's stated outright that it's impossible to use space compression effectively against an aware sentient opponent) and most mabeasts outside the three greats but it's hard to think of many other villains it would work on. I think it may only be impossible for him. Something about how using an Authority to enter another country may be treated as an act of aggression, and due to his Covenant being only for the country's defense he can't make those sorts of moves.

It could also be the other way around, he may be able to do the whole "long distance teleport" thing because of his covenant to protect Lugunica, which may give him some measure of knowing what's going on in all parts of the country. So Petra might not be able to teleport long distances like Clind can.

Its always weirdly felt more femdom ish to me desu. The fanservice is mostly on the art side, Satella is a toxic grooming relationship that is slowly currupting Subaru and the heart squish pretty much looks like cbt, men are the only ones really shown screaming and getting tortured ryona onscreen while female deaths outside of 2 (actually, Rem never screamed) are either done stoically/offscreen, there's no SA despite that being easy to get away with on time looping series, Priscilla's entire character, the amount of male pissing in fear, Roswaal being completely devoted to Echidna, Echidna's whole deal is grooming both Al and Subaru into having zero self value whatsoever and finding it a virtue to die for her, the guy in arc 8 who's whole deal is dying because he has no value outside making his sister's life better, Regulus was made to die horrifically as a joke, having a nonfunctioning dick, and everything written about him afterwards is just stabbing at his corpse, the knights being pretty libido less and devoted to women, etc.

Subaru doesn't want to and couldn't really get away with it anyway with most of the people around him. Plus, for the millionth time, he doesn't control his loops. Regulus being dickless is more egregious on Tappei setting things up to try and justify sidestepping the idea entirely.
As far as torturous deaths is concerned that's basically only on Subaru, everyone else of either gender pretty much just dies stoically or without too much (onscreen) prolonged suffering. The one really notable exception I can think of will be upcoming for arc 6 if they don't bitch out.
