>and her company forbids her from revealing their relationship until high school
This has absolutely not been stated at any point.
In chapter 81 Suwa starts warning him about what might happen if their relationship gets in the way of her work, but that comes off as less of a "keep the relationship on the down low" thing and more a "we don't want her ditching work to spend time with you" thing, like what kinda just happened in the previous chapter and almost happens in the school trip arc.
And Suwa's line about high school in chapter 154 wasn't about their relationship at all- that was clearly more about how it's harder for them to protect her if she's known to be attending a random public middle school than it'll be when she's going to a high school for the performing arts where fucking everybody is a celebrity or aspiring celebrity.
How Suwa in particular and her agency in general feels about the idea of it becoming public knowledge that Anna Akino has a boyfriend has not been made clear at any point- the dorks are putting all of this effort into keeping their relationship on the down low because they assume it would be problematic if even the agency knew about it so they haven't even asked. It is entirely possible that when that conversation finally comes Suwa basically says "we appreciate that you're taking her career this seriously but y'all really didn't have to worry about it that much."
