Yeah. I wish there were more places to discuss the show. I don’t really get on well with the types of people who are in English speaking fandoms, I don’t even use social media anymore except to look at art… there’s always the Japanese side but the language barrier can make it hard and I feel a little invasive.

The first season was great, but since then the quality has gradually dropped with every season, and this one in particular is so painfully unfunny that i considered to drop it a few times already.

Sinc the beginning of the show, has your favorite Matsu stayed the same or did it change as the years went on?

I admit that when I started to watch the show by the end of Season 1, my favorite was Jyushi, character wise only as I wasn’t a Matsu fucker then, but over time, Oso became my absolute favorite, to the point of being a Matsu fucker.

Apparently, that is now a thing for those who are now Osofags.

I got home from work and watched it. Fuckin sucked. Terrible episode. The only funny moment was mushroom matsus getting killed. So immensely disappointed in this season. I really needed this show to help pull me out of my depression but that ain’t happening with these episodes.

I already had my share of incest pairings with Hetalia back in the day, but I do really platonic Parkamatsu and Bakamatsu because it’s a fun dynamic to watch, and it’s fun to see Oso care for Ichi, even though the same man would berate him for being a shitty older brother.

I think with Jyushi, he’s kinda the most forgiving to Oso about their NEET lifestyle, so it’s nice to see Oso genuinely get along with him.
