I counted, there's about 45 shows in less than the past 2 years that should've had nipples. Like 31 of those shows completely censored them while 16 showed them.
But thing is, 14 of those shows were straight up hard ecchi shows. Only 2 shows, the first and second seasons of T.P BON, showed nipples despite not being an ecchi (though they censored nipples of the main girls). There's no point to expecting nipples in normal anime anymore.
