I get your point, but Ishtar is dorkier. because of this her tsun-aspect isn't as "prevalent" as Rin's or Eresh's, which makes Ishtar trying to be tsun rather cute

Beast Eresh literally has a Master Affection skill that prevents her from ever gaining affection for anybody else if used as a Support. It's built into gameplay that she is absolutely and completely for (You), and can never be made to betray (You).

The only potential challenge to that is really the recent Summer Tiamat, who receives a love confession and rejects it in favour of (You) in her attack animations. Pic related.
