What the fuck is the point of the story being an isekai if the MC was born into that world? You don't have the "fish out of water" aspect since they were raised with the world's custom. It could have just been a standard fantasy setting.

Look at the genre, it's made for people who want a main character who's a loser with no personality so they can relate to them, always wins so they only get power fantasy out of it, has a harem of girls that appeal to the dream of being desired without working for it, and have virtually identical settings and stories so they don't have to experience anything new.
Of course it's an extremely insecure demographic.
