you'd either have to have the mangaka do it which means they'd miss their deadlines even more frequently than they already do + most mangaka are bad colorists anyway, or you'd have to have a western style assembly line kind of production where you have a separate colorist, and that's opening a whole can of worms where mangaka would have to totally change their work flow and they'd no longer be getting sole credit for their work. if you did that there's a real chance it wouldn't be long before every manga had a separate author, penciler, inker, colorist and typist + assistants.
