Decades after is was published, its writer Kazuo Koike teamed up with a different artist, Hideki Mori, to make a sequel continuing right off where the original ended: On the outskirts of Edo, in the heart of meifumadou!

Good first impressions. LW&C ended in a way where a sequel might not be necessary but more than a welcome if it exists. I'm glad to hear that there were Nips who wanted to see a continuation as well. This volume did well in establishing the relationship between the two and how it came to be. I'm excited to see Daigoro's training throught the story.
