If he's that strong, has such a versatile amount of skills and literally everyone except one specific guy is way weaker than him, Gege has to prevent Gojo from stealing the spotlight from everyone else without making him weaker because then that would contradict the plot from where the story started. The issue is that Gege has to make the story long enough to tell everything he wants to tell without Gojo trivializing everything and saving the day before Sukuna gets too strong.

Almost everything I see from English speaking and French speaking fans can be reduced to "why isn't that scene or that character an exact copypaste of Naruto instead of its own story? Gege a hack" or things related to powerlevels and shipping. Not that I see a lot of different Japanese fans online but they seem to understand what's going on in the story a lot better than average because they don't rely on badly translated leaks and already know all the cultural references in JJK related to the power system, the heian era and buddhism in general.
