I'm confused regarding your question. This was the scanned version of the physical XIX, that I imported. To be honest, I copied the naming convention of the XVIII book that was posted on panda, I'm not actually sure what alpha is referring to, I thought maybe afterword.

The ＋α is available to be purchased by itself. It doesn't really make sense for it to be the same as the bonus story in the main volume.

The dialogue is that she just sees it as a handy way of recharging her magic by using a special spell that links the summoned homunculi to the sword guy (who's stuck doing admin work in an office). Doesn't really consider that she's showing the homunculi a really good time or that she's basically giving the guy a remote titjob.
Volley desires paizuri herself so much she wants a dick to experience it. Imagine, if Himura ever pairs her up with her school boy who has a crush on her he could write her as the most passionate/skillful tittyfucker, due to her own desire/obsession with it.
Expecting this level of slow burn writing and planning is a pipe dream, however, so I'll just stick to saying Volley a shit in the meantime.
