IMO, my speculation is that Gojo and Geto were both based on upperclassmen of Gege, as there are some bits of their character that's impossible to replicate if you haven't observed anyone like that IRL. And he is more on the side of Sukuna, Toji, etc. Sukuna barely made the top 10 in the last popularity poll and Naoya (who Gege clearly hates) surpassed the guy.
