Bad people love evil, it's as simple as that. They've let themselves be sexually seduced by a character representing evil. It's either that or they have been seriously cucked by feminism (political witchcraft)... which, again, circles back to the first statement, because they have consciously bent the knee to that shit out of their own free will. It's malicious stupidity, "obedient rebellion". This fetishization of evil clearly ignores that its moral counterparts can also be attractive in terms of appearance. Because you could still fap to imaginary and fictitious characters who don't represent something morally shit and messed up.
It's one thing to casually, lightheartedly feel aroused by an evil character in an anime or manga that is obviously portrayed in an erotic way, as a kind of guilty pleasure that you later on feel weirded out about (because getting turned on as a man is often automatic and could be against our will, even though we can fight temptations), and maybe laugh about or joke about with a friend; it's another to consciously, firmly and shamelessly state "I *like* her". Bad people like to seduce and be seduced by evil.
Furthermore, I think that's a symptom of self-destructive psychological drive, because the wages of sin is death. And evil people worship death, they live and act in order to get killed by God's justice (not properly fearing it). Evil characters in works of fiction are meant to be defeated and destroyed by the forces of good... and they, perhaps subconsciously, like what these bad characters represent, because they can identify with them to an extent. I'm not saying this with the intention to judge but to warn others who are struggling with this problem.
...Or it's just some autistic failure to connect an imaginary interest with real-world implications.
