The payoff is their growth and Gege had a chapter of them doing afterthoughts on the raid on what they could've done better which in my opinion was cool since it shows the self awareness of things that could've had different outcomes which the characters acknowledge

Personally, I really don't feel enough characters grew to a degree that outweighs the satisfaction I'd get from the impacts of more deaths, plus the weight it'd give Sukuna as an actual jujutsu juggernaut.
I recognize that it's a bit of a superficial complaint/desire, but I don't really think the growth resulting from the raid was that substantial.

Honestly besides that one time where Kenjaku was talking to Yuji about his technique after absorbing Mahito and Yuji's reaction was just "can this guy stfu already?" and Kenjaku saving Yuji's friends for no particular reasons and thanking them for spending time with his son the same way a normal, polite mom would talk I have a hard time imagining a conversation between them. Kenjaku just sees Yuji as a successful experiment even if he's a bit attached to him, and Yuji never gave a fuck about his own parents since chapter one. I'd say Toji is the best character he made that he himself loves (his top two characters are clearly Yuta and Toji), but I think Kenjaku is more lovable since he has grand plans and isn't just trying to make money or reign supreme. He has ambitions and strong ideals outside of his own person which is good. Also Geto's design does a lot of the lifting for Kenny's character but he has a more rat like appearance clearly drawing out Geto's most negative aspects and amplifying them (the "why don't we just kill them?" rationality) which I like.

Yujikuna is good as a presence of chaos that sometimes appears, destroys stuff, disappears and then leaves Yuji in despair, but I thought Sukuna had no interesting side to him.The best villains to me were Mahito, Naoya and Kenjaku. Mahito was the most fun, Kenny was the most badass, and Naoya was the most nuanced and had the best character arc showing how much of a narcissistic idiot he was. It was actually funny how much he hated women.

I kinda figure the Kamo actually come out pretty okay from the JJK. They lost their clan head and that old dude, and probably some other important members, due to Kenjaku's fuckery. But the outcome of that is just another example of JJK's "out with the old, in with the new" theme.
And because like everyone else, they just sat on their asses the whole time, they didn't really lose anyone other than the Kenjaku mindfucked guys.
So the old guys got tossed by Kenjaku, the yunguns probably just took their place. Put up a new patsy as the clan head, or whoever was best. The Naoya equivalent of the Kamo. Young hope. And because their whole schtick is politics, they go curry favour with whoever won and gained political power in the sorcery organization.
Basically, they probably just easily replaced the leaders, and kissed enough ass to keep their status.

Geto is so open minded and willing to listen that he has to process the negative feelings of others (even rapists etc) as if they were his own feelings. That extremity of Cursed Spirit Manipulation aligns with how men embody wider extremes in traits. Women’s openness is usually shaped by other priorities

I can see the best user of 10S being a woman, for example (in my headcanon it was a woman), since you call a papa to come save you. Honestly most techniques can be just as easily wielded by women but it feels like Limitless and CSM are for men only. Especially CSM feels like it highlights an experience unique to a rare type of men. On the other hand it feels like Yuki's technique of Star Rage feels like it can only be wielded by a woman like her.
