The world building in this series sucks so fucking bad man. I never watched it, but finally got around to doing so a few days ago. I'm on episode 40 now and I'm starting to burn out from how retarded everything is.

Rukia made it seem like a heavenly dream when she was on Earth, turns out it's literally worse than Earth. How the fuck does every soul on Earth all fit into 1 crammed ass City size place? The Seireitei is like the size of the vatican bro, you telling me all 8 billion people end up in a place about the size of New York City and there is just no language barrier or different looking people at all? What is with the class system as well, isn't this supposed to be heaven? How the fuck do souls die here?

There was the kid who was "brother" to the parakeet kid, who said he had been there for like 60 years or something, so why didn't he age but Rukia and Renji did? Why did they stop aging for hundreds of years meanwhile the leader of the soul reapers is like a 100 year old man?

Who told you that? That's just a narrative nubleach fans came up with, older fans didn't claim such nonsense. It's a shonen, meaning it's for young boys. And yes the worldbuilding is ass and has too many characters for such a small setting.

Lol yes. Arrancar arc takes itself more seriously but you will still get comedic characters.
TYBW, uh yeah. If you hate any aspect of Bleach early on, imagine that but ramped up by 100x with some of the worst battles in any shonen. It's a skip unless all you care about it pretty colors and good music.

Kubo didn't care about his editors and didn't want to listen to anything they suggested. He never had a good relationship with them. This is different from Naruto and One Piece where they heavily relied on their editors to bounce off ideas and nuke any bad ones (Kishimoto and furries) Kubo didn't give a shit he just want to draw nice looking things.
