How so? The ending animation changed, it was originally mostly about Kohaku, Tsukasa, and Hyoga, all replaced with Suika. In the original shot the trio was chilling on the grass under the full moon, now we know why. Hyoga was too dead to raise his hand to the sky, Kohaku was dying on her belly, and also the hand looks too masculine to be Kohaku's or Suika's. So I think it's just Tsukasa pulling a nando demo, or maybe no one in particular.

Meanwhile Suika is still ahead and gets told by Senku to get to the tower. THEN Xeno catched up to where Senku was lying. Meanwhile Stanley freed himself from Gen and Chrome but by that point the petrification beam already hit the tower

Suika climbed the stairs in like 2 seconds. You can see how close to the tower Xeno was in multiple screenshots posted itt. So the anime makes it look like he could have won.
