On 4chan, the english imageboard website inspired by Futaba channel/2ch, specifically in a subsection known as "/a/ - Anime & Manga", a board to discuss japanese animated shows and comics. The topic of the thread in question appears to be about "Ami Mizuno"(also known as "Sailor Mercury"), who is a character in the multimedia franchise known as "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" originally a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.
The OP(original poster) brought up the date of her birthday, according to the timestamp Ami Mizuno was born in September 11th. To celebrate Ami's birthday, OP suggests every other participant in the thread should be reading a math textbook, he then attachs a picture which appears to be a screenshot taken from the 14th episode of the animated adaption of Sailor Moon. In the screenshot we can see two human characters: on the left there is a blonde girl in a sailor uniform who, given the context, most likely, could be identified as "Usagi Tsukino"(Sailor Moon), the protagonist of the aforementioned franchise. This character is grabbing the one the right with her right arm. The other blue-haired girl appears to be the aforementioned "Ami Mizuno". Behind the characters it's possible to see a bunch of trees in the background, and a stone wall.
Finally, there is a subtitle that reads "Oh, but I have cram school. Sorry.", the color of the text suggests the line is spoken by Ami to Usagi.
