This is literally my favorite manga of all time. I just adore these characters to death and it has some of my favorite fights and artwork in the entire medium. It’s just so unbelievably charming.

Fucking god damn this whole first transformation sequence is unbelievabley awesome. I love how he gives himself up for the armor completely and the emotional weight of wearing zero essentially kills your past self as yours reborn from “zero” as this new being that’s the intertwined hearts and souls of kakugo and the spirits within zero. I love the idea of bearing a weapon so important and godly that even starting to use it, the users first instinct is to kill themsleves because they feel so extraordinarily unworthy of its power.

If I am being serious, from what I remember Harara isn't confirmed to be anything and is always called as big brother.
The comparisons is coming from the imagery and basic concepts. Kakugo looking like a chud, being an upright traditionalist on the surface at least, Harara and a good amount of enemies looking like trannies etc. At least thats what it is for me. Mostly surface level shit. However as these things keep getting added up they coincidentally present an alternative layer to the story which is hilarious.
