Elementary schoolers graduate at 12yo and enter middle school about a month later. Middle schoolers graduate at 15yo and enter high school about a month later. Highschoolers graduate at 18yo.
Kuroko finished her elementary school as a 12yo and I have no idea if she has had her birthday yet, so she's either 12 or 13.
Mikoto finished her 1st year as a 13yo and had her birthday shortly after in May. The story takes place after May, so she's 14.
