There's nothing in particular about Berserk that would make it difficult to adapt to an anime. I agree with most of Junji Ito's stories being difficult to adapt, completely unfamiliar with Kingdom.

JoJolion would only ever work if it was adapted like the Trigun anime or maybe Boogiepop Phantom. I really doubt part 7 will be batch release. It’s one of the longest parts they would have to do 3 or 4 batches. Meaning it would take years for it to be complete. It would be faster and better production to do weekly

Batch vs Live release doesn't matter. Jojo's big enough that given the chance to either marathon it or something like Chobits on your backlog, fans will still watch it. It only kills tiny shows like Re:Life that probably aren't worth spending the time on unless they're the only show on Wednesdays. If Panty and Stocking 2 was a batch release, or a new Haruhi or Kaiji season comes out or something, oldfags would eat it up regardless of when the episodes come out.
