It's a small scale doujin event held at Tokyo, with content sold there exclusively focusing on competition swimsuits. Therefore expect lots of doujin creators and cosplayers selling their books there. The organizers behind the event have previously held Pitaket four times and they probably saw that competition swimsuits are popular enough to warrant its own event.

I've had the opportunity to visit Pitaket once and it was a very enjoyable event. Very relaxed compared to the stressfulness and space of Comiket or Comitia and you'll nothing but books related to your interests if you like skintight clothing. Here's my loot.
