So, you're mad it wasn't a literal 1:1 of the manga? I don't see an issue with dragging fights out to make them more "action-packed" reflecting that in animation would be different than in the manga obviously. It wasn't going to just be 155 minutes of fucking fighting. I have no idea why you would expect that? I can understand if you didn't read the manga and didn't know what to expect. I thought the Akaza fight was quite long, and it took up a good part of the movie. We got very little of the Doma fight except for the first part of it, and Zenitsu's fight in the manga was incredibly short and it wasn't that much longer in the movie.
I personally welcomed the added animation to the fights and the "dragging out" as it made them feel more intense and higher staked. If we had gotten a literal 1:1 of the manga, then the fight would have been what? 20-30 minutes long and it would have been boring to watch. When you translate something from manga to anime; it's going to be different. Reading a battle in a manga is much different from actually seeing it animated.
I imagine fucking One Piece fans were blown away seeing Luffy's entire fight against Kaido animated compared to reading it in the manga. You can't compare the two. The majority of people usually enjoy seeing fights animated compared to reading them in the manga. That's really a major point of having them animated in the first place, at least for a series with a lot of fighting/action.
