I started reading this last week and have binged all the chapters. I liked it more than I thought I would. They introduce so many characters that it becomes hard to remember their names, and yet they're all pretty likable aside from a few jackasses. Karashi especially has quickly become a favorite.
Akane is also super cute even if she does look a bit off on some of the color pages. I will say I'm saddened by the lack of lewds. I just want to see some Akane and Hikaru sexo.

Karashi already unlocked flight a few chapters ago, so that bar has already been set. I'm starting to get worried that the power scaling might get out of control.

Only a true master beyond masters could turn such a great tragedy into a comedy. It would be the height of rakugo, an unmatchable achievement. The sort of rakugo performance that you could only do if you're prepared to never perform rakugo again.

IMO the start was stronger than the manga turned out to be, which is not uncommon in manga or any media really, but the highs are still really good.

The anime got announced recently, there's always an uptick once those start airing.
