Azusa dies on the first day, unless she gets very good at hiding. But Yui is always pouncing on her and getting her in a grapple. Azusa has poor situational awareness and struggles to avoid it. She also tends to overthink things. If confronted with real danger she probably would just freeze up and be too indecisive and get surrounded quickly. She would probably be confused by what's happening, reject the evidence before her eyes if it goes against her expectations, and would be eaten.
The biggest danger to Yui is she tends to be too optimistic. We've seen she's got surprising skill reserves when the occasion calls for it, and probably has a high luck score, but ultimately she's the sort to get distracted by a cute puppy, and I think she's bound to treat zombies as not being as big a threat as they actually are. That said, if the others can keep her alive and protect her from herself, she'll probably bring a lot of creativity and inspire the others to devise good methods of defense and survival.
Ritsu would be very practical and effective at figuring out solutions. She'd take a methodical, rational approach and optimize the group for efficiency. She'd also try to keep morale up. Ritsu is the one with the street smarts and probably is good in a fight.
Mugi would call a helicopter and get them all evacuated before they're in any real danger. Bodyguards would spring out of the bushes at the first sign of zombies and I think Mugi is generous enough to order them to also extend protection to her friends. Most of the story would take place in a bunker in Finland with the other elites. Eventually Ritsu or Yui would do something foolish to get kicked out into the cold, zombie-infested wastes, and Mugi would mourn them with Mio.
If Mugi doesn't have access to her staff or financial resources, I think she'll struggle. She's physically strong but that's all she has going for her. She doesn't do well with stress. Unable to deflect, deny, and distract, she'll crumble.
